German Pork Knuckle

German Pork Knuckle
I never try German Pork Knuckle before this. I thought is almost same with the Chinese Deep Fried Pork but actually the taste is very different with what I know. This dish is used pork knuckle, deep fried it until the outer layer is damn crunchy but the meat is still juicy. Then served on the plate with sour vegetable and potato. Although I din't like the the sour stuff but when it served with the meat, both suits each others well. Since I'm driving that day, so I can't have a German beer. Have to try it next time. Hehe~ Besides, I had this dish at Lot 10 HuTong around Bukit Bintang, Lower ground food court of Lot 10. Actually that place is quite good. Air condition food court served with plenty of different food. If you wish to find some nice food around there, maybe you can have a look over there. Cheers~

Restaurant Kong Sai, Petaling Jaya

Before I leave for job, Angeline bring me to one of the restaurant called restaurant Kong Sai at Petaling Jaya. The restaurant famous with home made style soup and steamed chicken. Actually there are plenty of food stall selling home made style soup around that place but this restaurant always packed with customers. So I think the restaurant won't be too bad. We reached there around 6pm but just after awhile, more customers came into the restaurant. We ordered the steamed chicken, vege + chicken soup(西洋菜汤)and another vegetable too.

Overall, the dishes over there is quite good especially the soup. The steamed chicken is ok, I think Malacca's steamed chicken is much better than this one. Maybe just my taste only. Hmm... If you like to eat home made style dishes around Petaling Jaya, sure can try this restaurant. =) Before ending this post, thanks again to lovely Angeline to bring me there... Hehe~

Alone

Alone
I will be leaving for work on today evening flight. Heading to Miri for two days training before I go to the work site at Bintulu. I heard that this trip is only a short hitch because they almost finish the well already. I not sure about it but let's see how is it goes, normally I doubt with their look ahead. Haha~

By the way, I took the photo above just outside my house before the raining. Damn nice clouds on the sky. I love the feel of the photo. Lonely. Hopefully I can still update my blog when I over there but hopefully my laziness won't overflow than my willing to write blog. I will try my best. See ya~

Typica

I'm waiting for my flight at Changi Airport now. I've to wait for around 4 hours more before I can start check in my flight. My laptop's battery life still remains 74% and I can't find any wall adapter around me. Sitting alone at the airport with plenty of strangers passing by me. Feel like quite relaxing though.

Since nothing to do, I update my blog instead of sitting like a dummy. Ya, I went to Typica with my course mates before I fly to Singapore. Actually Typica is a small coffee shop which they don't mass produce coffee for its customers like Starbucks did. They quite passion with coffee making actually. Typica's boss actually is same person with another coffee shop called Ikopi, which is quite near to Petaling Street, KL. But Typica is quite further away from KL town but near to Time Square, KL.

Overall, I love their cakes the most and the coffee is quite good though. But one thing I not comfortable is the space inside the shop. I think they want to control the quality of their coffee but bigger spaces is much more comfortable for customer to stay longer in the shop. Although this is just my personal opinion. As usual, I took some photos over there. Highly recommend to try their cakes when you visit them. Cheers.

Light in raining...

I took some shots when I on my way back home. Love the feel of raining. It's feel nice, isn't it? By the way, my new lens create nice bokeh in the photo. I totally forgot to take out my 50mm f/1.8 for the bokeh shot. No need to change lens for this kind of shot in the future. Nice!

Do you know where is Broga Hill? I sure you will know since all your friends sure want to go there more than one time. But do you know what happen to the hill recently? Ya, bush fire. It burned the entire top hill into ruin as you can see from the photo above. All the couch grass is gone now. I heard that someone is playing fireworks over there and burned it accidentally. Screw those people. Use your mind before act. Sigh~

My home can't online for whole day yesterday. Luckily the situation already recovered today. if not, I will crazy without internet at home. Recently there is a sales from Airasia, they selling the flight very low price. I wondering why they made it just before Marta Fair. But it is good to us though. I also bought my tickets but it is on next year. Am I planning too further away? I'm thinking it now also. Back to the post, I went to Fo Guang Shan Dong Zen Temple previously. Took some photos of Angeline so just post it up here. Nothing special, just a memory.
